About Paneltech Systems
Paneltech was formed in 1999 following many years experience in the fields of Electrical Control, Automation and Process Engineering. This experience includes conceptual development, design and project management as well as manufacture, installation and service with the emphasis on providing turnkey solutions to all areas of industry. From simple lighting control to automated machinery and test equipment, Paneltech has the knowledge and expertise to provide the client with a reliable and comprehensive service. Recent projects include control panels for bitumen heating and handling which are used worldwide, Automated process machinery and project management (Electrical) of a complete factory setup in Romania and a factory move locally. Other recent projects include electrical safety test equipment, swimming pool/Spa control panels, Electric process heating control systems and ongoing maintenance contracts for process machinery.
In 2007, Paneltech was incorporated to become Paneltech Systems Ltd and also saw the introduction of a full fabrication and welding workshop at our premises in East Sussex. This has enabled Paneltech to provide a wide range of mechanical services including the manufacture of pipework systems, pump skids ISO container conversions, general structural steelwork and small/medium batch fabrication work. A significant proportion of our work is exported and as result, we can provide technicians and engineers for the installation and commissioning of our own and our customers equipment to most locations in the world. More recently, we have provided a complete control package for a 2000 tonne bitumen storage facility in Qatar. In 2007/2008 we have designed, manufactured and installed a process control and mechanical service package for a 500 tonne diesel storage facility in Spain. This project included pump skids, access and walkways, pipework and container conversion to a control room/office. Other work in 2008 included a 40ft ISO container conversion and fit out for a fire pumping station. This kind of service has also seen us travel to USA, most of Europe, the Middle East and The Far east.
