Paneltech Systems specialise in the design, manufacture, installation
and servicing of control panels and systems, automation equipment and
process engineering.
Paneltech Systems Ltd can provide turnkey solutions for virtually all
of your automation, control and process needs. Our engineers have many
years experience in most areas of industry including: batch assembly plant
and test equipment, liquids pumping, storage and handling, bitumen process
such as reheating, transportation, storage and processing and general
control systems for electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic plant in both
light/medium industrial and food sectors. We have also worked on many
of the mainstream PLC systems available including Mitsubishi, Wago, Omrom,
Alan Bradley and Telemechanique and have the facility to provide design,
manufacture and programming for these PLC's.
Paneltech Systems have installed plant and carried out post completion
support and training in many parts of the world. This activity covers
the actual installation of our systems and plant, production of operations
and maintenance documentation and training of operations and maintenance
staff.
All our engineers have a wealth of knowledge and experience of general
maintenance and can provide on and off site maintenance, schedules, and
procedures. Over the last few years, we have built up good working associations
with companies providing support to our business. These include paint
and powder coating, hot dip galvanising, precision engineering and laser
profiling. This is how we are able to offer such a comprehensive service.
